Qualifications

Certification in following: 

  • Certifications in line clearance
  • Knots ( bowline, Half Hitch, Timber hitch, figure 8 loop, Prusik knot, square knot)
  • Safety of all gear (PPE, Helmet)
  • Rigging
  • First aid CPR
  • EHAP 
  • Tree biology
  • Safety features of chipper and safe loading zone of chipper
  • Must have a good attitude to learn
  • Good safety attitude

    1-6 months experience 

    • Load and unload trucks with logs stumps brush and debris. 
    • Able to feed brush logs into woodchipper
    • Work around hazardous equipment
    • Drive chipper truck with attach would chipper
